About Leader Blades

Manufacturer and supplier of industrial crusher, granulator, shredder, and wood-chipper knives—built for real plants, dealers, and first-time importers.

Our story

Leader Blades is a knife manufacturer and supplier in China. We grind and heat-treat blades for plastic recycling lines, wood chippers, and shredders—mainly for plants, machine dealers, and hardware traders who need correct fit and repeat supply, not fancy catalog stories.

Our factory is at E2202 Shanggu Daguan, Baoding, Hebei, China. If you are a small yard, a trader buying for a customer’s crusher, or a buyer who has never imported knives, we keep answers practical: steel choice, bolt pattern, delivery timeline, and what we need from your photos.

  • Factory-made blades for plastic recycling lines, small wood plants, and aftermarket parts traders
  • Match your sample or drawing; straight answers on steel, hardness, and delivery
  • Export packing and documents explained plainly—no need to be an import expert

Who we work best for

  • We supply plants and traders who need working knives—not laboratory artwork: plastic recycling yards, small wood yards, and hardware wholesalers who resell to local factories.
  • First-time import? Tell us honestly. We spell out what documents you get, roughly how many days after drawing approval, and what photos to send so we do not guess your machine.
  • Repeat buyers can ask for material mill sheets, hardness check notes, and batch labels so maintenance teams know which set is on the machine.

How knives move through our factory

Simple steps—so you know what happens after you approve dimensions.

  1. 1

    Steel in / drawing check

We match material grade to your scrap or wood feed—then confirm thickness, holes, and seat height against your sample or sketch.

  2. 2

    Rough cut & machine

Blanks are cut and milled so the knife can sit flat on the rotor or bed without hand-filing in your workshop.

  3. 3

    Heat treat & hardness

Hardening and tempering are aimed at your line—not a generic “hard as possible” number that chips on Monday.

  4. 4

    Grind & deburr

Cutting edges and mounting faces are ground to drawing; burrs that cause uneven bolt torque are removed.

  5. 5

    Inspect & pack

Key dimensions and hardness are checked before anti-rust packing. Photos can be sent before balance payment if agreed.

  6. 6

    Carton / crate & ship

We label gross/net weight for forwarders and share commercial invoice + packing list data you need for customs.

Factory & production capability

Grinding, milling, and wire cutting in-house keep knife geometry repeatable for recycling and wood customers. Photos below show a typical blade workshop—message us to request a live video walk-through and we show machines relevant to your order size.

Inventory, blanks & lead time

We keep raw steel inventory (forged or rolled bar per grade) and semi-finished rough blanks for recurring profiles used in plastic recycling and wood chipping. Finished knives are often produced make-to-order so bolt patterns and stack heights stay exact to your drawing.

  • Repeat programs: safety stock agreements available for plants running 24/7 extrusion or washing lines.
  • Expedite: express heat-treat and courier air freight can be quoted when the geometry is already qualified.
  • Spare strategy: see also our maintenance guide for pairing rotors and bed knives.

Records & certificates

We are a manufacturer: batches can be traced to steel certificates and inspection sheets when you ask for them in the PO.
