Expert selection notes
Plastic Granulator Blade should be treated as a replacement knife reference inside the Granulator Knives and Cutters family, not as a universal standard size. For a reliable quote, confirm the installed position, edge direction, hole pattern, thickness, and the photos of the used knife before choosing steel grade or heat treatment.
If the blade works against a fixed bed knife, counter knife, screen, die plate, or anvil, send photos of both sides of the cutting pair. Most premature wear or dust problems come from the full cutting system, not from the moving knife alone.
Drawing & OEM matching
For production intent, share PDF/DXF drawings or high-resolution photos with a scale reference. Leader Blades cross-checks mounting geometry against similar profiles in the Granulator Knives and Cutters before confirming material and delivery week.
